一、組件要正確
在(zai)貼片加工(gong)中,要(yao)求每(mei)個裝(zhuang)配號的元件的類(lei)型、型號、標稱(cheng)值(zhi)和極性(xing)等特(te)征標記要(yao)符合裝(zhuang)配圖和產品明細表的要(yao)求,不(bu)能放(fang)在(zai)錯誤的位置。
二、位置要準確
1、元器件的(de)端子或引腳應盡量與(yu)焊盤(pan)圖形(xing)對齊并(bing)居(ju)中(zhong),并(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)元器件焊端與(yu)焊膏圖形(xing)準確(que)接觸;
2、元件貼(tie)裝位置應(ying)符合(he)工藝要求。
3、壓(ya)力(貼片高度)要正確適當
貼片(pian)壓(ya)力(li)(li)相當于吸嘴的z軸高(gao)度(du),其高(gao)度(du)要(yao)適(shi)中。如果貼片(pian)壓(ya)力(li)(li)過(guo)(guo)小(xiao),元器件的焊(han)端或(huo)引腳會浮在錫(xi)(xi)膏表(biao)面,錫(xi)(xi)膏不能粘在元器件上,轉移和回流焊(han)時(shi)容(rong)易移動(dong)位置。另(ling)外,由(you)于Z軸高(gao)度(du)過(guo)(guo)高(gao),在芯(xin)片(pian)加工過(guo)(guo)程中,元器件從(cong)高(gao)處掉下(xia),會導致芯(xin)片(pian)位置偏移。如果貼片(pian)壓(ya)力(li)(li)過(guo)(guo)大,錫(xi)(xi)膏用(yong)量(liang)過(guo)(guo)多,容(rong)易造成(cheng)錫(xi)(xi)膏粘連,回流焊(han)時(shi)容(rong)易造成(cheng)橋接(jie)。
