自動(dong)化設備在我(wo)(wo)國,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)的(de)最初應用(yong)是(shi)(shi)在汽(qi)(qi)車(che)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)(ji)械行(xing)業(ye),主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于汽(qi)(qi)車(che)及工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)(ji)械的(de)噴涂及焊(han)接。目前,由于機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)技術以及研(yan)發的(de)落后,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)還(huan)主(zhu)要(yao)應用(yong)在制造(zao)業(ye),非制造(zao)業(ye)使用(yong)的(de)較少。據(ju)統計,近(jin)幾年(nian)國內廠(chang)家所生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)有超過一半是(shi)(shi)提(ti)供給汽(qi)(qi)車(che)行(xing)業(ye)。可見,汽(qi)(qi)車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)發展(zhan)是(shi)(shi)近(jin)幾年(nian)我(wo)(wo)國工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)增長(chang)的(de)原動(dong)力之一。
1、位(wei)(wei)于(yu)傳感器:當物(wu)件(jian)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)發生移(yi)動或(huo)兩個(ge)表面有(you)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)差(cha)別時,位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量(liang)或(huo)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)差(cha)可用位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳感器來測量(liang)。比如(ru)激光位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳感器,將激光束投射到物(wu)件(jian)上,利用三角(jiao)測量(liang)法測量(liang)出物(wu)件(jian)的位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量(liang)。
2、視(shi)(shi)覺傳感器:機器視(shi)(shi)覺檢(jian)測(ce)(識別(bie))系統一(yi)般(ban)由數(shu)碼攝像(xiang)機、光源(yuan)、計算機、圖像(xiang)采集卡、監視(shi)(shi)屏以及機械安(an)裝(zhuang)和調(diao)節裝(zhuang)置組(zu)成。
3、光電(dian)傳(chuan)感器:光電(dian)傳(chuan)感器通常稱光電(dian)開關,它由投光-受(shou)光頭、放(fang)大器、電(dian)源-控(kong)制器等(deng)三個組(zu)件(jian)組(zu)成
焊接(jie)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)制造業(ye)中發揮著不可替代的作用(yong),焊接(jie)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)是在(zai)工(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)基礎上發展起來的先(xian)進焊接(jie)設備(bei),是從事焊接(jie)(包括切(qie)割與(yu)噴涂)的工(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren),主(zhu)要用(yong)于工(gong)業(ye)自動(dong)化(hua)領域,其廣泛應用(yong)于汽(qi)車(che)及(ji)其零部件制造、摩托車(che)、工(gong)程(cheng)機械等(deng)行業(ye),在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)生產的沖壓、焊裝(zhuang)、涂裝(zhuang)、總裝(zhuang)四大生產工(gong)藝過程(cheng)都有廣泛應用(yong),其中應用(yong)最多的以弧焊、點焊為主(zhu)。
(1)工(gong)序(xu)(xu)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化:制造工(gong)藝過程中包(bao)含若干個工(gong)序(xu)(xu),每個工(gong)序(xu)(xu)又可能(neng)包(bao)含若干個基本(ben)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)以及(ji)(ji)操縱(zong)和管理這些(xie)基本(ben)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)的操作(zuo)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)。自(zi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)及(ji)(ji)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)裝置僅代替人完成一個工(gong)序(xu)(xu)的加工(gong)及(ji)(ji)輔助工(gong)作(zuo),稱為工(gong)序(xu)(xu)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化。
(2)自動(dong)化生產(chan)線:如果一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的每個(ge)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、檢(jian)驗工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)都(dou)自動(dong)化了,而(er)且各個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的輸(shu)送聯(lian)系(xi)環也自動(dong)化了,工(gong)(gong)(gong)人只需對整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)進行總操作和監督,這(zhe)就(jiu)形(xing)成了自動(dong)化加工(gong)(gong)(gong)生產(chan)線。
(3)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)制(zhi)造(zao)系(xi)統:從原(yuan)材料到最終成(cheng)(cheng)平的生(sheng)產全過(guo)(guo)程都(dou)不需要人工(gong)干(gan)預,這就形成(cheng)(cheng)了制(zhi)造(zao)過(guo)(guo)程自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)。
工業機(ji)器人(簡稱(cheng) IR)是廣(guang)泛適用的(de)(de)能(neng)夠(gou)自主動作(zuo),且多軸聯動的(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)設(she)備。它們通常配備有(you)機(ji)械(xie)手、刀具或其(qi)他可裝配的(de)(de)加(jia)工工具,以及(ji)能(neng)夠(gou)執行搬運操作(zuo)與加(jia)工制造(zao)的(de)(de)任務。工業機(ji)器人在汽(qi)(qi)車(che)生產中的(de)(de)主要(yao)應用有(you):點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),鉚接,涂膠,噴涂等(deng)。在汽(qi)(qi)車(che)零部(bu)件的(de)(de)生產中廣(guang)泛采用了點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、凸(tu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及(ji)電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)等(deng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接工藝。例如:橫梁總成托架(jia)點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),傳動軸平衡片凸(tu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)燃油(you)箱縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)輪圈連(lian)續閃(shan)光(guang)對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)轉向臂、消聲(sheng)器、凈化(hua)器殼(ke)體的(de)(de)電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)等(deng)。
目前,焊接工業機器人在一汽、上汽、沈陽中順、金(jin)杯通用、重慶長安、湖(hu)南長豐等(deng)整車(che)(che)制(zhi)造企業廣(guang)泛應用,據(ju)統(tong)計每輛汽車(che)(che)車(che)(che)身上,大約有(you)3000~4000個(ge)電阻點(dian)焊焊點(dian),電阻點(dian)焊技術的(de)應用實現了汽車(che)(che)車(che)(che)身制(zhi)造的(de)量產化與自動化設備。
