自(zi)動化設備在(zai)我(wo)國,工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)的(de)(de)最初應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)是在(zai)汽車和工(gong)程機(ji)械(xie)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye),主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于汽車及工(gong)程機(ji)械(xie)的(de)(de)噴涂及焊接。目(mu)前,由于機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)技術以及研發的(de)(de)落后,工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)還主(zhu)要(yao)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)(ye),非制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)(ye)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)較少。據統(tong)計(ji),近(jin)幾(ji)年國內廠家(jia)所生產的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)有超過一半是提供給汽車行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。可見,汽車工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發展是近(jin)幾(ji)年我(wo)國工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)增長的(de)(de)原(yuan)動力之一。
1、位(wei)(wei)于傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi):當物(wu)件(jian)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)發生移(yi)動或(huo)兩個表(biao)面有位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)差別時,位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量(liang)或(huo)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)差可用(yong)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)。比如激(ji)光(guang)(guang)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),將激(ji)光(guang)(guang)束投射到物(wu)件(jian)上,利用(yong)三角測(ce)(ce)量(liang)法測(ce)(ce)量(liang)出物(wu)件(jian)的位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量(liang)。
2、視(shi)覺傳感器:機器視(shi)覺檢測(ce)(識別)系統一般由數碼攝像機、光源、計(ji)算機、圖(tu)像采集(ji)卡、監視(shi)屏以(yi)及機械安裝(zhuang)和調節裝(zhuang)置組(zu)成。
3、光電傳感(gan)器:光電傳感(gan)器通常稱(cheng)光電開關,它由(you)投光-受光頭、放大器、電源-控制器等三(san)個組件組成(cheng)
焊接(jie)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車制造(zao)業(ye)中發(fa)揮著不(bu)可替代的(de)作用(yong)(yong),焊接(jie)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)是在(zai)工(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)基(ji)礎上發(fa)展起來的(de)先進焊接(jie)設(she)備,是從事焊接(jie)(包括切割與噴(pen)涂)的(de)工(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren),主要用(yong)(yong)于工(gong)業(ye)自動(dong)化領域(yu),其廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于汽(qi)(qi)車及其零(ling)部件制造(zao)、摩托(tuo)車、工(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)等行業(ye),在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)沖(chong)壓(ya)、焊裝、涂裝、總裝四大(da)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝過程(cheng)都有廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong),其中應用(yong)(yong)最多的(de)以弧(hu)焊、點焊為主。
(1)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua):制造工(gong)(gong)藝過程中包含(han)若(ruo)干個工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu),每個工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)又可能包含(han)若(ruo)干個基本(ben)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)以及(ji)(ji)操縱和管理這(zhe)些基本(ben)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)的操作(zuo)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)。自動(dong)(dong)機及(ji)(ji)自動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置僅代替人完成一個工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)的加工(gong)(gong)及(ji)(ji)輔助工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),稱為工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)。
(2)自動化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線:如(ru)果一(yi)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)藝過程中的每個(ge)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、檢驗(yan)工(gong)(gong)序都自動化(hua)(hua)了(le)(le),而且(qie)各個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序的輸送聯(lian)系環也自動化(hua)(hua)了(le)(le),工(gong)(gong)人只需對整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)藝進行總(zong)操作和監督,這就形成了(le)(le)自動化(hua)(hua)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線。
(3)自動化制造系統(tong):從原(yuan)材料到(dao)最(zui)終成(cheng)(cheng)平的(de)生產全(quan)過(guo)(guo)程都不(bu)需要人(ren)工干(gan)預,這就形成(cheng)(cheng)了制造過(guo)(guo)程自動化。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)業機(ji)器人(簡稱(cheng) IR)是廣泛(fan)適用的(de)(de)能夠(gou)自主(zhu)動作,且多軸(zhou)聯(lian)動的(de)(de)機(ji)械設備。它們通常配備有機(ji)械手、刀具(ju)或其他(ta)可裝配的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju),以及能夠(gou)執行搬(ban)運(yun)操作與加工(gong)(gong)(gong)制(zhi)造的(de)(de)任務。工(gong)(gong)(gong)業機(ji)器人在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)生(sheng)產中的(de)(de)主(zhu)要應用有:點焊(han),弧焊(han),鉚接(jie),涂(tu)膠(jiao),噴涂(tu)等(deng)。在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)零部件的(de)(de)生(sheng)產中廣泛(fan)采用了(le)點焊(han)、凸焊(han)、縫焊(han)、對焊(han)及電弧焊(han)等(deng)焊(han)接(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。例如:橫梁總成托架點焊(han),傳動軸(zhou)平衡片凸焊(han),汽(qi)車(che)燃(ran)油箱縫焊(han),汽(qi)車(che)輪圈連續閃光對焊(han),汽(qi)車(che)轉向(xiang)臂、消聲器、凈(jing)化器殼(ke)體(ti)的(de)(de)電弧焊(han)等(deng)。
目前,焊接(jie)工(gong)業(ye)機器人在(zai)一(yi)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)、上汽(qi)(qi)(qi)、沈陽中順、金杯通用、重慶長安、湖南長豐等整車制造(zao)企(qi)業(ye)廣泛應(ying)(ying)用,據統(tong)計每輛汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車車身上,大約有3000~4000個電(dian)阻點(dian)焊焊點(dian),電(dian)阻點(dian)焊技(ji)術的(de)應(ying)(ying)用實(shi)現(xian)了汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車車身制造(zao)的(de)量產(chan)化(hua)與自(zi)動化(hua)設(she)備(bei)。
