自動(dong)化(hua)設備在(zai)我(wo)國(guo),工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人(ren)的(de)(de)最初應用(yong)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)和工(gong)程機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)行業(ye)(ye)(ye),主要用(yong)于汽(qi)車(che)(che)及(ji)工(gong)程機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)的(de)(de)噴涂(tu)及(ji)焊(han)接。目前,由于機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人(ren)技(ji)術以(yi)及(ji)研發(fa)的(de)(de)落后,工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人(ren)還主要應用(yong)在(zai)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye),非制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)較少。據(ju)統計,近幾年(nian)(nian)國(guo)內廠家所生產的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人(ren)有超(chao)過一半是(shi)(shi)提(ti)供給(gei)汽(qi)車(che)(che)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)。可見,汽(qi)車(che)(che)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)是(shi)(shi)近幾年(nian)(nian)我(wo)國(guo)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人(ren)增長的(de)(de)原動(dong)力(li)之一。
1、位(wei)(wei)于(yu)傳(chuan)感器:當物件位(wei)(wei)置發生移動或兩(liang)個(ge)表面有(you)位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)別時,位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)(liang)或位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)可用位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感器來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)。比如(ru)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感器,將激(ji)光(guang)(guang)束投射到物件上,利用三角測量(liang)(liang)法測量(liang)(liang)出物件的位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)(liang)。
2、視覺傳感(gan)器:機(ji)器視覺檢測(識(shi)別)系統一般(ban)由數(shu)碼攝像(xiang)機(ji)、光(guang)源、計算機(ji)、圖(tu)像(xiang)采集卡、監視屏以及(ji)機(ji)械安裝(zhuang)和調節裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成。
3、光電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi):光電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi)通常稱光電(dian)(dian)開關,它由投光-受光頭、放大器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)源-控制器(qi)等三(san)個組(zu)(zu)件組(zu)(zu)成
焊(han)(han)接(jie)機器(qi)人在汽(qi)車制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)中發揮著不可(ke)替代的作用(yong),焊(han)(han)接(jie)機器(qi)人是在工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機器(qi)人基礎上發展起來的先進焊(han)(han)接(jie)設(she)備,是從事(shi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(包(bao)括切割與噴涂(tu))的工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機器(qi)人,主要(yao)用(yong)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)自動化領域,其廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)于汽(qi)車及其零(ling)部件(jian)制(zhi)造、摩托車、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程機械等行業(ye)(ye),在汽(qi)車生產的沖壓、焊(han)(han)裝(zhuang)、涂(tu)裝(zhuang)、總裝(zhuang)四大生產工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝過程都(dou)有廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong),其中應用(yong)最(zui)多的以(yi)弧焊(han)(han)、點焊(han)(han)為主。
(1)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua):制造工(gong)(gong)藝過程中包(bao)含(han)若(ruo)干(gan)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu),每個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)又可能(neng)包(bao)含(han)若(ruo)干(gan)個(ge)基本動(dong)作(zuo)以及(ji)(ji)操縱和管理這些基本動(dong)作(zuo)的操作(zuo)動(dong)作(zuo)。自(zi)動(dong)機及(ji)(ji)自(zi)動(dong)裝置僅代替人完成一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)的加工(gong)(gong)及(ji)(ji)輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),稱為(wei)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)。
(2)自動化生(sheng)產線(xian):如果一個工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)程中(zhong)的每個加工(gong)(gong)、檢驗工(gong)(gong)序都自動化了,而(er)且各個工(gong)(gong)序的輸送聯系環也自動化了,工(gong)(gong)人只需對(dui)整個工(gong)(gong)藝進行總操作(zuo)和監(jian)督,這(zhe)就形(xing)成了自動化加工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產線(xian)。
(3)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)制造系統(tong):從原材料到最終成(cheng)平(ping)的生產全過(guo)程(cheng)都不需要人工(gong)干預,這就形成(cheng)了制造過(guo)程(cheng)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)。
工(gong)業機器(qi)人(ren)(簡稱 IR)是(shi)廣泛適用的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)自主動作(zuo),且(qie)多軸(zhou)聯動的(de)(de)(de)機械(xie)設備。它們(men)通常配備有機械(xie)手(shou)、刀(dao)具或其(qi)他可(ke)裝(zhuang)配的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)具,以及能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)執行搬運操作(zuo)與(yu)加(jia)工(gong)制造的(de)(de)(de)任務。工(gong)業機器(qi)人(ren)在汽(qi)車生(sheng)產中的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)應用有:點(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),鉚接,涂(tu)膠,噴涂(tu)等。在汽(qi)車零部件的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產中廣泛采用了點(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)、凸(tu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)、縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)、對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)及電弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)等焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接工(gong)藝。例(li)如:橫(heng)梁(liang)總成托架點(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),傳動軸(zhou)平衡片(pian)凸(tu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)車燃油箱縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)車輪(lun)圈(quan)連續閃(shan)光對焊(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)車轉向臂、消聲器(qi)、凈(jing)化(hua)器(qi)殼(ke)體的(de)(de)(de)電弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)等。
目前(qian),焊(han)(han)接(jie)工業(ye)機器(qi)人在一汽、上汽、沈陽(yang)中順(shun)、金杯(bei)通用(yong)、重慶長安、湖南(nan)長豐(feng)等整車(che)制造(zao)企業(ye)廣泛應(ying)用(yong),據統計每輛汽車(che)車(che)身上,大約有3000~4000個電阻點焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)點,電阻點焊(han)(han)技術的(de)應(ying)用(yong)實現(xian)了汽車(che)車(che)身制造(zao)的(de)量(liang)產(chan)化與自動化設備。
