自動化設(she)備在(zai)我國,工(gong)(gong)業機器人(ren)的(de)最初應(ying)用是在(zai)汽車(che)(che)和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機械(xie)行業,主要用于汽車(che)(che)及(ji)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機械(xie)的(de)噴涂及(ji)焊接。目前,由于機器人(ren)技術以(yi)及(ji)研發(fa)的(de)落后(hou),工(gong)(gong)業機器人(ren)還(huan)主要應(ying)用在(zai)制(zhi)造業,非制(zhi)造業使用的(de)較少。據統計,近幾(ji)(ji)年國內廠家所生產的(de)工(gong)(gong)業機器人(ren)有超過一(yi)半(ban)是提供給汽車(che)(che)行業。可見,汽車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)發(fa)展是近幾(ji)(ji)年我國工(gong)(gong)業機器人(ren)增長的(de)原動力(li)之一(yi)。
1、位(wei)(wei)于傳感器(qi)(qi):當(dang)物件(jian)(jian)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)發生移動或(huo)兩個表面有(you)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)差別時,位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)或(huo)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)差可用(yong)位(wei)(wei)移傳感器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)。比如激光位(wei)(wei)移傳感器(qi)(qi),將激光束投(tou)射到物件(jian)(jian)上,利用(yong)三(san)角測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)法(fa)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)出物件(jian)(jian)的位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)。
2、視覺傳感器:機(ji)(ji)器視覺檢測(識別)系統一般(ban)由數碼攝像(xiang)機(ji)(ji)、光源、計算機(ji)(ji)、圖(tu)像(xiang)采(cai)集(ji)卡、監視屏以及機(ji)(ji)械安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和調節(jie)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置組(zu)成。
3、光(guang)電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi):光(guang)電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi)通常稱光(guang)電(dian)(dian)開關,它(ta)由投光(guang)-受光(guang)頭、放大器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)源-控(kong)制器(qi)等三個組(zu)件組(zu)成
焊(han)(han)接機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)制造(zao)業中發揮著不可替代的作用(yong)(yong),焊(han)(han)接機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)是在(zai)工業機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)基礎上發展起來的先進焊(han)(han)接設備(bei),是從事焊(han)(han)接(包(bao)括切割與噴涂)的工業機(ji)器(qi)人(ren),主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于工業自(zi)動化領(ling)域,其廣(guang)泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于汽(qi)車(che)(che)及(ji)其零部件制造(zao)、摩托車(che)(che)、工程機(ji)械等(deng)行業,在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)生產(chan)的沖壓、焊(han)(han)裝、涂裝、總裝四(si)大生產(chan)工藝過程都(dou)有廣(guang)泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),其中應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)最多(duo)的以弧焊(han)(han)、點(dian)焊(han)(han)為主。
(1)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化:制造工(gong)(gong)藝過程中包含若(ruo)干個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu),每個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)又可能包含若(ruo)干個(ge)基(ji)(ji)本動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)以及(ji)操縱和管理這些基(ji)(ji)本動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)的操作(zuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)。自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)及(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)僅代替人完(wan)成一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)及(ji)輔(fu)助工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),稱為(wei)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化。
(2)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)生產(chan)(chan)線:如果一個工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝過程中的(de)每個加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、檢驗(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序都自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)了,而且各(ge)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)輸(shu)送聯系(xi)環也自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)了,工(gong)(gong)(gong)人只需對(dui)整(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行總操作(zuo)和監督,這就形成了自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)生產(chan)(chan)線。
(3)自動化制造系統(tong):從原材(cai)料到最終成(cheng)平的生(sheng)產全(quan)過程(cheng)都不需要人(ren)工干預,這就形成(cheng)了(le)制造過程(cheng)自動化。
工(gong)業機器(qi)(qi)人(ren)(簡稱 IR)是廣泛適用的(de)能(neng)夠(gou)自主動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo),且多軸聯動(dong)的(de)機械(xie)設備。它們通(tong)常配(pei)備有(you)機械(xie)手、刀具或其他可(ke)裝配(pei)的(de)加工(gong)工(gong)具,以及能(neng)夠(gou)執行搬運操作(zuo)(zuo)與加工(gong)制造的(de)任(ren)務(wu)。工(gong)業機器(qi)(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)的(de)主要應用有(you):點焊(han)(han),弧焊(han)(han),鉚接(jie),涂膠,噴(pen)涂等(deng)。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車零部件的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)廣泛采用了點焊(han)(han)、凸焊(han)(han)、縫(feng)焊(han)(han)、對(dui)焊(han)(han)及電弧焊(han)(han)等(deng)焊(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝。例如:橫梁總成托架點焊(han)(han),傳動(dong)軸平衡片(pian)凸焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車燃油(you)箱縫(feng)焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車輪圈連續(xu)閃光對(dui)焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車轉向(xiang)臂、消聲(sheng)器(qi)(qi)、凈化器(qi)(qi)殼體(ti)的(de)電弧焊(han)(han)等(deng)。
目(mu)前,焊接工(gong)業機器人在(zai)一(yi)汽、上(shang)汽、沈陽中順(shun)、金杯通用(yong)(yong)、重慶(qing)長安、湖南(nan)長豐等(deng)整(zheng)車制造企業廣泛應用(yong)(yong),據統(tong)計每輛(liang)汽車車身(shen)上(shang),大約(yue)有3000~4000個電(dian)阻點(dian)焊焊點(dian),電(dian)阻點(dian)焊技(ji)術(shu)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)實現了汽車車身(shen)制造的(de)量產化與自(zi)動化設(she)備。
