自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)設備(bei)在我國,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)的(de)(de)最初應(ying)用(yong)(yong)是在汽(qi)車(che)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械行(xing)業(ye)(ye),主要用(yong)(yong)于汽(qi)車(che)及(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械的(de)(de)噴涂及(ji)焊接。目前,由于機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)技(ji)術以及(ji)研發(fa)的(de)(de)落后,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)還主要應(ying)用(yong)(yong)在制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye),非(fei)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)較少。據統(tong)計,近幾年國內廠家所生產的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)有超過一(yi)半(ban)是提供給汽(qi)車(che)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)。可見,汽(qi)車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)是近幾年我國工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)增(zeng)長的(de)(de)原動(dong)(dong)力之一(yi)。
1、位(wei)(wei)于傳感器:當(dang)物件(jian)位(wei)(wei)置發(fa)生移(yi)動或(huo)兩個表面有位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)別時,位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量或(huo)位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)可(ke)用(yong)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳感器來(lai)測量。比(bi)如激(ji)光位(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳感器,將激(ji)光束投射到物件(jian)上,利用(yong)三角測量法(fa)測量出物件(jian)的位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量。
2、視覺傳感器:機器視覺檢測(ce)(識別)系統一般(ban)由數碼攝像機、光源、計算機、圖像采集(ji)卡(ka)、監(jian)視屏以(yi)及機械安(an)裝和調節裝置(zhi)組成。
3、光(guang)電(dian)傳感器:光(guang)電(dian)傳感器通常(chang)稱(cheng)光(guang)電(dian)開關,它由(you)投(tou)光(guang)-受(shou)光(guang)頭、放大器、電(dian)源-控制器等三(san)個組(zu)件組(zu)成
焊(han)接機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人在汽(qi)車制造業(ye)中(zhong)發揮(hui)著(zhu)不(bu)可替代的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),焊(han)接機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人是(shi)(shi)在工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人基(ji)礎上發展起來的(de)先進焊(han)接設備,是(shi)(shi)從事焊(han)接(包括(kuo)切(qie)割與噴涂)的(de)工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人,主要用(yong)于(yu)工業(ye)自動化(hua)領域,其廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)汽(qi)車及其零部件制造、摩托(tuo)車、工程(cheng)機(ji)械等行業(ye),在汽(qi)車生產(chan)的(de)沖壓、焊(han)裝(zhuang)、涂裝(zhuang)、總(zong)裝(zhuang)四大生產(chan)工藝過(guo)程(cheng)都有廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong),其中(zhong)應(ying)用(yong)最多的(de)以(yi)弧焊(han)、點焊(han)為主。
(1)工(gong)序(xu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化:制造工(gong)藝過程(cheng)中包含(han)若(ruo)干(gan)個工(gong)序(xu),每(mei)個工(gong)序(xu)又(you)可能(neng)包含(han)若(ruo)干(gan)個基本動(dong)作(zuo)以及操(cao)縱和管理這些(xie)基本動(dong)作(zuo)的操(cao)作(zuo)動(dong)作(zuo)。自(zi)(zi)動(dong)機及自(zi)(zi)動(dong)裝置僅代替(ti)人完成(cheng)一個工(gong)序(xu)的加工(gong)及輔助工(gong)作(zuo),稱為工(gong)序(xu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化。
(2)自動化(hua)(hua)生產線:如果一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)過程中的(de)每個(ge)加工(gong)(gong)、檢驗工(gong)(gong)序都自動化(hua)(hua)了(le),而(er)且(qie)各個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序的(de)輸送聯系環也自動化(hua)(hua)了(le),工(gong)(gong)人只需對整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)進行總操(cao)作和監督,這(zhe)就形(xing)成了(le)自動化(hua)(hua)加工(gong)(gong)生產線。
(3)自動(dong)化制造(zao)系統(tong):從(cong)原材料到(dao)最終成平的生(sheng)產(chan)全(quan)過程(cheng)都不需要(yao)人工干預,這就形成了制造(zao)過程(cheng)自動(dong)化。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)人(簡(jian)稱 IR)是廣(guang)泛適用的(de)(de)能夠自主動(dong)(dong)作,且多軸(zhou)聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)機械設備(bei)。它們通常配備(bei)有(you)機械手、刀具或其他可裝配的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,以及能夠執行搬運操作與加工(gong)(gong)(gong)制造(zao)的(de)(de)任務。工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)人在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)車(che)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)主要應(ying)用有(you):點(dian)焊(han)(han),弧焊(han)(han),鉚(liu)接,涂膠,噴(pen)涂等。在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)車(che)零(ling)部(bu)件的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)廣(guang)泛采用了點(dian)焊(han)(han)、凸焊(han)(han)、縫焊(han)(han)、對焊(han)(han)及電弧焊(han)(han)等焊(han)(han)接工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。例如:橫梁總成托架點(dian)焊(han)(han),傳動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)平衡(heng)片凸焊(han)(han),汽(qi)車(che)燃油箱縫焊(han)(han),汽(qi)車(che)輪圈連續(xu)閃光對焊(han)(han),汽(qi)車(che)轉向臂、消聲(sheng)器(qi)、凈化器(qi)殼(ke)體(ti)的(de)(de)電弧焊(han)(han)等。
目前,焊(han)接工業(ye)機器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)一汽(qi)、上汽(qi)、沈陽中順(shun)、金杯通(tong)用、重慶(qing)長(chang)安、湖南長(chang)豐等整車(che)(che)(che)制造企業(ye)廣泛應(ying)用,據統計每輛(liang)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)車(che)(che)(che)身上,大約(yue)有3000~4000個(ge)電(dian)阻點(dian)(dian)焊(han)焊(han)點(dian)(dian),電(dian)阻點(dian)(dian)焊(han)技術的(de)應(ying)用實現了汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)車(che)(che)(che)身制造的(de)量產(chan)化與(yu)自動(dong)化設備。
