自動化設備在(zai)我國,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人的(de)(de)最初應用(yong)(yong)是在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械行業(ye)(ye),主要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)汽(qi)(qi)車及(ji)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械的(de)(de)噴涂及(ji)焊(han)接。目前,由于(yu)機(ji)器(qi)人技術以及(ji)研(yan)發的(de)(de)落后(hou),工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人還主要應用(yong)(yong)在(zai)制造業(ye)(ye),非制造業(ye)(ye)使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)較少。據統計,近(jin)幾年國內廠家(jia)所生產的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人有(you)超過一半是提供給汽(qi)(qi)車行業(ye)(ye)。可見,汽(qi)(qi)車工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發展是近(jin)幾年我國工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人增長的(de)(de)原動力(li)之一。
1、位(wei)(wei)于傳(chuan)感(gan)器:當物(wu)(wu)件位(wei)(wei)置發生移動或(huo)兩個(ge)表(biao)面(mian)有位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)別時,位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)或(huo)位(wei)(wei)置差(cha)可(ke)用位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感(gan)器來測量(liang)。比(bi)如激(ji)光(guang)位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感(gan)器,將激(ji)光(guang)束投射(she)到(dao)物(wu)(wu)件上,利用三角測量(liang)法測量(liang)出物(wu)(wu)件的位(wei)(wei)移量(liang)。
2、視(shi)覺傳感器(qi):機(ji)器(qi)視(shi)覺檢(jian)測(識別)系統一般由數碼攝像機(ji)、光源、計算機(ji)、圖像采(cai)集(ji)卡、監視(shi)屏以及機(ji)械安裝和(he)調節裝置組成。
3、光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi):光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi)通常稱光(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)開關,它由投(tou)光(guang)(guang)-受光(guang)(guang)頭、放大(da)器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)源-控制器(qi)等(deng)三個組件組成
焊(han)接機器人在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)中發揮著不可替(ti)代的(de)作用(yong),焊(han)接機器人是(shi)在(zai)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)機器人基(ji)礎上(shang)發展起來的(de)先進焊(han)接設(she)備(bei),是(shi)從事焊(han)接(包括切割與噴涂(tu))的(de)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)機器人,主(zhu)要用(yong)于工(gong)業(ye)(ye)自動(dong)化領域,其(qi)廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于汽(qi)車(che)及其(qi)零部(bu)件(jian)制造(zao)、摩托車(che)、工(gong)程機械(xie)等行業(ye)(ye),在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)沖壓、焊(han)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、涂(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)四大生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝過(guo)程都有廣泛(fan)應用(yong),其(qi)中應用(yong)最多的(de)以弧焊(han)、點焊(han)為主(zhu)。
(1)工(gong)(gong)序自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua):制造工(gong)(gong)藝過程中包(bao)含若干個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序,每(mei)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序又(you)可能包(bao)含若干個(ge)基本動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作以及(ji)操(cao)縱和管(guan)理(li)這些(xie)基本動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作的操(cao)作動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作。自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機及(ji)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置僅(jin)代替人完(wan)成一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)序的加工(gong)(gong)及(ji)輔助工(gong)(gong)作,稱為工(gong)(gong)序自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)。
(2)自動(dong)化(hua)生(sheng)產線:如果一(yi)個工(gong)藝過程(cheng)中的(de)(de)每個加(jia)工(gong)、檢驗工(gong)序(xu)都自動(dong)化(hua)了,而且各個工(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)輸送聯系環也自動(dong)化(hua)了,工(gong)人只需(xu)對整個工(gong)藝進行總操作和監督,這就形(xing)成了自動(dong)化(hua)加(jia)工(gong)生(sheng)產線。
(3)自動(dong)化制(zhi)造系統(tong):從原材(cai)料到(dao)最終成平的生產全過(guo)程都不需要人工干預,這就形成了制(zhi)造過(guo)程自動(dong)化。
工(gong)(gong)業機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(簡稱 IR)是廣泛適用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)能夠(gou)自主動作,且多軸聯動的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)設備(bei)。它們(men)通常配備(bei)有(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)手、刀具(ju)或其他可裝配的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)具(ju),以及(ji)能夠(gou)執(zhi)行搬運(yun)操(cao)作與加(jia)工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)造的(de)(de)(de)任務。工(gong)(gong)業機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽車(che)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)應用(yong)(yong)有(you):點焊(han)(han),弧焊(han)(han),鉚接,涂(tu)膠,噴涂(tu)等。在(zai)汽車(che)零部件的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中廣泛采用(yong)(yong)了點焊(han)(han)、凸焊(han)(han)、縫焊(han)(han)、對(dui)焊(han)(han)及(ji)電弧焊(han)(han)等焊(han)(han)接工(gong)(gong)藝。例如(ru):橫(heng)梁總(zong)成(cheng)托架點焊(han)(han),傳動軸平衡片凸焊(han)(han),汽車(che)燃(ran)油箱縫焊(han)(han),汽車(che)輪圈連續(xu)閃光對(dui)焊(han)(han),汽車(che)轉(zhuan)向臂(bei)、消(xiao)聲器(qi)、凈化器(qi)殼體的(de)(de)(de)電弧焊(han)(han)等。
目前,焊(han)接(jie)工業機器人在一(yi)汽(qi)(qi)、上(shang)汽(qi)(qi)、沈陽中順(shun)、金(jin)杯(bei)通用(yong)、重慶長安(an)、湖南長豐等整(zheng)車(che)制造(zao)企業廣泛應(ying)用(yong),據(ju)統(tong)計每輛汽(qi)(qi)車(che)車(che)身(shen)上(shang),大(da)約有3000~4000個電阻點(dian)焊(han)焊(han)點(dian),電阻點(dian)焊(han)技(ji)術的應(ying)用(yong)實現了汽(qi)(qi)車(che)車(che)身(shen)制造(zao)的量產(chan)化與自動化設備。
