自動(dong)化設備在(zai)我國(guo)(guo),工業(ye)機器人(ren)的(de)(de)最初(chu)應用是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)汽(qi)車和工程(cheng)機械(xie)行業(ye),主(zhu)要用于(yu)汽(qi)車及工程(cheng)機械(xie)的(de)(de)噴涂(tu)及焊接。目前,由于(yu)機器人(ren)技術以及研發(fa)的(de)(de)落后,工業(ye)機器人(ren)還主(zhu)要應用在(zai)制造業(ye),非制造業(ye)使用的(de)(de)較少。據統(tong)計,近(jin)幾年國(guo)(guo)內(nei)廠家所生產的(de)(de)工業(ye)機器人(ren)有超過一半是(shi)(shi)(shi)提供給汽(qi)車行業(ye)。可見,汽(qi)車工業(ye)的(de)(de)發(fa)展是(shi)(shi)(shi)近(jin)幾年我國(guo)(guo)工業(ye)機器人(ren)增長的(de)(de)原動(dong)力之(zhi)一。
1、位(wei)(wei)(wei)于傳(chuan)感(gan)器:當(dang)物件(jian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)發生(sheng)移(yi)(yi)動或兩個(ge)表(biao)面有位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)差別時,位(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi)量或位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)差可用位(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器來測(ce)量。比(bi)如激光(guang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器,將激光(guang)束投(tou)射到物件(jian)上,利用三(san)角(jiao)測(ce)量法測(ce)量出物件(jian)的位(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi)量。
2、視(shi)(shi)覺傳感器:機(ji)器視(shi)(shi)覺檢測(ce)(識別)系統一般(ban)由數碼攝像機(ji)、光(guang)源、計算機(ji)、圖像采集卡、監(jian)視(shi)(shi)屏以及(ji)機(ji)械安裝和(he)調節裝置組(zu)成。
3、光(guang)電(dian)傳感器(qi):光(guang)電(dian)傳感器(qi)通常稱光(guang)電(dian)開關,它由投(tou)光(guang)-受光(guang)頭、放大器(qi)、電(dian)源(yuan)-控制(zhi)器(qi)等三(san)個組件組成
焊(han)(han)接機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)(zai)汽車(che)制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)發揮著不可替代的作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),焊(han)(han)接機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)是在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)基礎上發展起來的先進焊(han)(han)接設備,是從(cong)事焊(han)(han)接(包括切割(ge)與(yu)噴涂)的工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren),主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)自(zi)動化領域,其(qi)廣泛(fan)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于汽車(che)及其(qi)零(ling)部件制(zhi)造、摩(mo)托車(che)、工(gong)(gong)程機(ji)(ji)(ji)械等(deng)行業(ye)(ye),在(zai)(zai)汽車(che)生產的沖壓、焊(han)(han)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、涂裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)四大生產工(gong)(gong)藝過程都有廣泛(fan)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),其(qi)中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)最多的以(yi)弧焊(han)(han)、點焊(han)(han)為主。
(1)工序自動(dong)(dong)化:制造工藝(yi)過程中包含(han)若干(gan)(gan)個工序,每個工序又可能包含(han)若干(gan)(gan)個基本動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以及操縱和管理這些基本動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。自動(dong)(dong)機及自動(dong)(dong)裝置僅代替人完成(cheng)一(yi)個工序的加工及輔(fu)助(zhu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),稱為工序自動(dong)(dong)化。
(2)自(zi)動化生產線(xian):如果一個工(gong)藝過程(cheng)中(zhong)的每(mei)個加(jia)工(gong)、檢驗工(gong)序都自(zi)動化了,而(er)且各個工(gong)序的輸送聯系環也自(zi)動化了,工(gong)人(ren)只(zhi)需對整個工(gong)藝進行總操作(zuo)和監(jian)督(du),這就形成了自(zi)動化加(jia)工(gong)生產線(xian)。
(3)自(zi)動化(hua)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)系統:從原材料到最終成(cheng)平的生產(chan)全過程(cheng)都(dou)不需(xu)要人(ren)工干預,這就形成(cheng)了制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)過程(cheng)自(zi)動化(hua)。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)人(ren)(簡稱 IR)是廣(guang)泛(fan)適用的(de)能夠(gou)自(zi)主(zhu)動(dong)作,且多軸(zhou)(zhou)聯動(dong)的(de)機械設備。它們通常配(pei)(pei)備有機械手、刀(dao)具(ju)或其他可裝配(pei)(pei)的(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju),以及能夠(gou)執行(xing)搬運操(cao)作與加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)制造的(de)任(ren)務。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車生產中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)應用有:點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),鉚接(jie),涂(tu)膠(jiao),噴涂(tu)等。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車零部件的(de)生產中(zhong)廣(guang)泛(fan)采用了(le)點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、凸焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及電弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)等焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。例如:橫梁總成托架(jia)點焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),傳動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)平衡片凸焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車燃油箱縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車輪(lun)圈連續(xu)閃光對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)車轉向臂(bei)、消聲器(qi)、凈化器(qi)殼體的(de)電弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)等。
目前(qian),焊接工業機(ji)器人(ren)在一汽(qi)、上汽(qi)、沈陽(yang)中(zhong)順、金杯通用(yong)、重慶長(chang)(chang)安、湖南長(chang)(chang)豐等整車(che)(che)制(zhi)造企業廣泛應用(yong),據(ju)統(tong)計每輛汽(qi)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)身上,大約有3000~4000個(ge)電阻(zu)點焊焊點,電阻(zu)點焊技術的(de)應用(yong)實現(xian)了汽(qi)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)身制(zhi)造的(de)量產(chan)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)自動化(hua)(hua)設備。
