自動化設(she)備在(zai)(zai)我國,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)人的最(zui)初應(ying)用是(shi)在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)車(che)和工(gong)(gong)程機械行(xing)業(ye),主(zhu)要用于汽(qi)車(che)及(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)程機械的噴涂及(ji)(ji)焊接。目前,由于機器(qi)(qi)人技術以及(ji)(ji)研發的落后(hou),工(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)人還(huan)主(zhu)要應(ying)用在(zai)(zai)制造(zao)業(ye),非制造(zao)業(ye)使用的較(jiao)少。據(ju)統(tong)計,近(jin)幾(ji)年國內廠家所生產的工(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)人有(you)超(chao)過(guo)一半是(shi)提供(gong)給(gei)汽(qi)車(che)行(xing)業(ye)。可(ke)見,汽(qi)車(che)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的發展是(shi)近(jin)幾(ji)年我國工(gong)(gong)業(ye)機器(qi)(qi)人增長的原(yuan)動力之一。
1、位(wei)于傳感器:當物件(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)發(fa)生移動或(huo)兩個表面(mian)有位(wei)置(zhi)差(cha)別時,位(wei)移量(liang)或(huo)位(wei)置(zhi)差(cha)可(ke)用位(wei)移傳感器來測(ce)量(liang)。比(bi)如激光位(wei)移傳感器,將激光束投射到物件(jian)上(shang),利用三(san)角(jiao)測(ce)量(liang)法測(ce)量(liang)出物件(jian)的位(wei)移量(liang)。
2、視(shi)覺傳(chuan)感器:機(ji)(ji)器視(shi)覺檢(jian)測(ce)(識別)系統一般由(you)數碼攝像(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)(ji)、光(guang)源、計算機(ji)(ji)、圖像(xiang)(xiang)采集(ji)卡、監視(shi)屏以及機(ji)(ji)械安裝和調節裝置組成(cheng)。
3、光電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器:光電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器通常稱(cheng)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)開關,它(ta)由投光-受光頭(tou)、放大器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源-控(kong)制器等三個組件組成
焊(han)(han)接機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)制造(zao)業(ye)中發揮(hui)著不可替代的(de)作用,焊(han)(han)接機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)是在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)基(ji)礎(chu)上發展起來的(de)先(xian)進焊(han)(han)接設備,是從事焊(han)(han)接(包括切割與噴(pen)涂(tu))的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren),主要用于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)自(zi)動化領(ling)域,其廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)汽(qi)車(che)(che)及其零部件制造(zao)、摩托車(che)(che)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程機(ji)械等行業(ye),在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)生(sheng)產的(de)沖壓、焊(han)(han)裝(zhuang)、涂(tu)裝(zhuang)、總裝(zhuang)四大生(sheng)產工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)過程都有廣泛(fan)應用,其中應用最多的(de)以弧焊(han)(han)、點焊(han)(han)為主。
(1)工(gong)序(xu)(xu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua):制造工(gong)藝過(guo)程中包(bao)(bao)含若干個(ge)工(gong)序(xu)(xu),每個(ge)工(gong)序(xu)(xu)又可能包(bao)(bao)含若干個(ge)基本動(dong)作(zuo)以及操縱和管(guan)理這(zhe)些基本動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)操作(zuo)動(dong)作(zuo)。自(zi)動(dong)機(ji)及自(zi)動(dong)裝置(zhi)僅代替人完成一個(ge)工(gong)序(xu)(xu)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)及輔(fu)助工(gong)作(zuo),稱為工(gong)序(xu)(xu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)。
(2)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)生產線:如果一個工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝過程中的每(mei)個加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、檢驗(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)都自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)了,而且(qie)各個工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的輸送聯系環也自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)了,工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)只需對整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)行總操(cao)作和監督,這就形成了自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)生產線。
(3)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)制造系統:從原材料到(dao)最終(zhong)成(cheng)平(ping)的生(sheng)產全過程(cheng)都不需要人工干預,這就形成(cheng)了(le)制造過程(cheng)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)。
工(gong)業機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(簡稱 IR)是廣泛適用(yong)的(de)(de)能夠自主(zhu)動作(zuo),且多軸聯動的(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)設備。它們(men)通常配備有機(ji)械(xie)手、刀具或(huo)其他可裝配的(de)(de)加工(gong)工(gong)具,以及(ji)能夠執行搬運操作(zuo)與加工(gong)制(zhi)造的(de)(de)任務。工(gong)業機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)生產中(zhong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要應用(yong)有:點(dian)焊(han)(han),弧焊(han)(han),鉚接,涂膠,噴涂等(deng)。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)零部件(jian)的(de)(de)生產中(zhong)廣泛采(cai)用(yong)了點(dian)焊(han)(han)、凸(tu)焊(han)(han)、縫焊(han)(han)、對焊(han)(han)及(ji)電弧焊(han)(han)等(deng)焊(han)(han)接工(gong)藝(yi)。例如:橫梁總成(cheng)托架點(dian)焊(han)(han),傳動軸平衡片凸(tu)焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)燃油箱縫焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)輪圈(quan)連續(xu)閃(shan)光對焊(han)(han),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)轉向臂、消(xiao)聲器(qi)(qi)、凈化(hua)器(qi)(qi)殼體的(de)(de)電弧焊(han)(han)等(deng)。
目前,焊(han)(han)接工業機器人在(zai)一(yi)汽(qi)、上(shang)汽(qi)、沈陽中順、金杯通用、重慶長安、湖南(nan)長豐等整車制造(zao)企(qi)業廣泛應(ying)用,據(ju)統計每輛汽(qi)車車身上(shang),大(da)約(yue)有3000~4000個電阻(zu)點焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)點,電阻(zu)點焊(han)(han)技術的應(ying)用實現(xian)了汽(qi)車車身制造(zao)的量(liang)產化(hua)與自動化(hua)設備。
